Willow was aware that Hunter didn't love her deeply. She needed him while he lusted after her youth and figure. She endured his absence when his first love returned. She finally got a cheque and a goodbye from him. Reunited later, Willow had someone new by her side. Hunter, with red-rimmed eyes, claimed she was his. Willow calmly reminded him that he was the one who ended it and said he'd have to wait in line if he wanted to date her. The next day, she received a huge deposit and a diamond ring. Then, Hunter knelt on one knee, asking to "cut in line".
